We invite participating organisations to contribute to the fair programme by organising activities in line with their expertise and fields of work.

Scope of the fair

Four days of multi-faceted interaction

Activities organisations can host:

Showcase your projects and work

Share your organisation's projects, field work and the applications you have developed with international stakeholders.

Organise conferences, panels and workshops

Prepare sessions that share your expertise and experience, and bring your solutions to shared challenges onto the agenda.

Lead forums and round-table meetings

Bring together stakeholders in your field to assess common needs and develop solutions together.

Hold partnership meetings

Plan meetings with other organisations and explore joint projects and international cooperation opportunities.

Organise cultural and art events

Share the cultural heritage of the region you represent with fair participants through exhibitions, performances and workshops.

Share your activity proposals with usActivity proposals and needs will be collected through an online form sent to organisations that complete registration. Activities organised by participants will be reviewed with the organising team for content, timing and space before being added to the programme.
