Human Care Foundation

The Human Care Foundation (HCF) is a non-governmental humanitarian organization based in Sri Lanka (located at 165/2, Castle Street, Colombo - 08). The foundation was established with the primary mission of "Helping the Helpless." It was formed to address the deep-seated issues of poverty, lack of education, and the frequent impact of natural disasters (such as the 2004 Tsunami) that affect marginalized communities in Sri Lanka. Over the years, HCF has evolved from a local relief initiative into a structured foundation that collaborates with international partners to deliver large-scale humanitarian projects.
