Today, growing economic challenges are making it increasingly difficult for young people to marry and start a family. The Qard Hasan Foundation was established on September 10, 2020, to provide interest-free financial support to young people who have had to postpone marriage due to financial difficulties.

Keeping alive the tradition of Qard Hasan, meaning “benevolent loan,” the Foundation supports young people in building their homes and starting married life with dignity.

Since its establishment, the Foundation has provided a total of USD 10,323,478.08 in interest-free marriage support to 1,871 couples.

Through its work, the Foundation aims to strengthen the institution of the family and foster a sustainable culture of solidarity.
