How do I take part?

Organisations can take part by completing pre-registration and online stand selection. The process has three steps.

Complete the application form with your organisation and contact details to create your pre-registration.

Password and stand selection
After pre-registration you will receive a login password. Use it to enter the stand selection system at go.stkfuari.org and choose your stand on the floor plan.
The current status and layout of available stands can be viewed in the system. Stands are allocated in order of selection.

Payment
Payment must be made within 48 hours of selecting a stand. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation is cancelled automatically and the stand becomes available again.

Activity proposalsRegistered organisations receive an online form to submit their activity proposals.

For visitorsAdmission is free; visiting the fair requires no registration or stand.

Stand fees and standard package

Stand fees

Stand fees are calculated per square metre, and every stand is delivered with the standard package.

UNIW and/or TGTV member NGOs200 USD / m²

Non-member NGOs250 USD / m²

Companies300 USD / m²Participation guide for companies

Example: a 9 m² stand costs 9 × 200 = 1,800 USD for members, 9 × 250 = 2,250 USD for non-members and 9 × 300 = 2,700 USD for companies. Payment is due within the stated period after stand selection.

Stand construction with aluminium profiles and white wooden panels
3 kW electricity, general lighting and a socket
Counter with high stool, one table and three chairs
Three display shelves, floor carpet and a waste bin
Your organisation's name on the fascia board
Listing in the fair catalogue
Exhibitor badges and lanyards

Additional servicesMaterials and services outside the standard package (extra electricity, internet, water, transport, stand cleaning, etc.) are charged separately and paid before the fair.
