Participation guide for companies
Companies that provide services and products to civil society organisations can also open a stand at the fair, and all visitors can attend free of charge.
For the suppliers of civil society
Organised in cooperation with the Union of NGOs of the Islamic World (UNIW) and the Türkiye Voluntary Organizations Foundation (TGTV), the 5th International NGO Fair will take place at the Istanbul Expo Center (Hall 2) on 25–28 November 2026.
Held alongside Helal Expo with free passage between the two fairs, it offers the chance to reach a wider audience and build new partnerships with participants from different sectors.
Pre-registration and online stand selection
Companies can take part by completing pre-registration and online stand selection.

Complete the application form with your organisation and contact details to create your pre-registration.

Password and stand selection
After pre-registration you will receive a login password. Use it to enter the stand selection system at go.stkfuari.org and choose your stand on the floor plan.
The current status and layout of available stands can be viewed in the system. Stands are allocated in order of selection.

Payment
Payment must be made within 48 hours of selecting a stand. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation is cancelled automatically and the stand becomes available again.
